HOW TO JOIN THE
ANNUAL MEETING

  1. From a PC  (webcam not required):

    1. ​A few minutes before the meeting starts, open the Confirmation Email you received after registering for the meeting, and click the link CLICK HERE TO JOIN.

      1. If you already have Zoom installed on your computer, click Launch Meeting, otherwise select Download And Run Zoom.

        *NOTE: You can also join the meeting from your web browser, but you will not be able to take part in the voting process.  Voting is only available when using the Zoom Desktop Client.

         

  2. From an iPhone, iPad or Android device:

    1. ​It is recommended to download the free Zoom app prior to the meeting date.

    2. A few minutes before the meeting starts, open your Confirmation Email from the device, and click the link called CLICK HERE TO JOIN.
       

  3. From Phone Only (audio-only).

    1. A few minutes before the meeting starts, open your Confirmation Email.

    2. From your phone, dial a number listed in the confirmation email (preferably the one with the (346) Houston area code).

    3. You will be prompted to enter the MEETING ID and MEETING PASSWORD.  This information can be found in your confirmation email.

      *NOTE: if you join by a phone only connection, you will not be able to take part in the voting process.  Voting is only available when using the Zoom Desktop Client or Zoom Mobile app.
